Thank you for your interest in having your wedding at First Presbyterian Church of Mount Clemens.  

 FPC has two requirements for anyone getting married in our church.  The first is that you and your fiancée agree to participate in three counseling sessions in the weeks and months leading up to your wedding.  These sessions can be set up with Pastor Bill at a time that works for both of you.        

The second, which is very important, is that if you are not attending regular worship you agree to become involved in a church as part of your married life.  If not here, (our motto is "Come as a Guest, leave as family") then at a church of your choosing. It is a statistical fact that couples involved in a Christian Church and a faith-based marriage are strengthened because God walks beside them.  

The fee for a wedding in our church building is $900, which includes three counseling sessions, a wedding coordinator, organist/pianist, printing of your wedding bulletins and the use of the church facilities.  A DVD of the wedding ceremony is available for an additional fee. The cost of your wedding not in our building is $300, which covers the three counseling sessions and Pastor Bill officiating your wedding ceremony (mileage not included).

If you are in Mount Clemens anytime soon, please stop in and see us!  Our church office/sanctuary is open Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Our sanctuary is really quite lovely and a perfect setting for taking your vows, especially with our new pews, ceramic tile flooring, lighting and a fully refurbished pipe organ.  Another option to see our church would be to visit one of our Sunday worship services.  There is our casual Morning Glory Worship at 9:00 a.m. and the Traditional Worship at 10:15 a.m.
